• Platform telemetry — diagnostic and performance data generated when authorized users access the Platform under an enterprise agreement.

03Enterprise Customer Data

Data that enterprise customers connect to the Platform — such as ERP, CRM, HR, financial, operational, or customer datasets — is processed by NeuroGrid solely as a data processor on behalf of the customer, under the terms of the applicable master service agreement and data processing agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or use enterprise customer data to train models for other customers. Customers retain full ownership of their data at all times.
